"A water main leak to our house required fixing. He ran into some unexpected problems that required additional parts that were difficult to find. He stayed very late to make sure we had water before he left. Very dependable and I will use him again."

"Lou and Bryce showed up at the time that was discussed. Lou was very polite and professional. He gave us his professional opinion as to what was happening. Last year, we were told by another company that our leech lines had collapsed. Since replacing the leech lines was not an option due to county regulations , we could have been looking at replacing the entire septic system. If we would have had have a new septic system, it could have costs us between $20K-$30K. Lou said he couldn't be sure but he could surely find out what was going on. He called Aaron, he brought out a back-hoe the same day, dug up the area between our septic tanks and distribution box and discovered it was the line between our tanks and distribution box that was clogged solid. We, also, found out the leech lines were working fine. They pumped both our tanks, dug up and replaced the clogged line, put a riser and lid on the distribution box and refilled the hole. We've lived in our home 3 years and have used 2 other companies when we have had issues. Hopefully, our septic issues have been resolved for a while but if anything new arises, we will be calling Aaron/Andrew's Septic."

It was excellent!!!   On a scale of 1 - 10 -- it was a 15!!     First they called me right away to schedule, and worked with me to find the soonest time that worked for both of our schedules.
The rep who came to my home was Colt ... he was awesome!!!     He went above and beyond and even helped me fix a couple other things!    He was personable, polite, very thorough and seemed to be great at his job.  He is a very nice young man.
  He is an excellent representative of Joe Lay & Sons Plumbing.  
I will specify Joe Lay & Sons for any and all future plumbing needs (through warranty company or independently)
I often hesitate to bring people into my house, that  I do not know.    I do not  feel that way about Joe Lay Plumbing.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber for plumbing needs.
They are prompt, caring, work to get you an appointment ASAP, dependable, thorough .... I can't say enough.
I am surely one who will complain when a company is not satisfactory, the work, the technician, etc  .... and I do.  
 But at the same time, when there is a company and service rep who are really good (in this case exceptional) I will  (and have) write, email or call them to compliment them and let them know just how good of a job was done, how the service rep was such a great representative of their company.. . . and that I will be a return customer!!

"Don't let the name fool you: Mr. Damer does much more than excavation. I'm a single mom and I have an older house that's not a fixer-upper but has come up on generational updates/maintenance. I'm on a budget and can pay, but not pay twice if it's done wrong. Mr. Damer cut down and removed a very large dead tree in my yard and clear about 30 x 8' of dense shrubbery, then regraded and seeded it, and finally chainlink fenced it increasing immensely, the utility of my yard for the kids. As a USMC veteran Mr. Damer is disciplined and efficient and respectful of a family environment - a throwback to an older generation. In the house Mr. Damer has helped to begin electrical updates/upgrades installing new work lights in my basement, an oven hood and ceiling fixtures. "The attic unit of my HVAC system was 22 years old. It finally failed about 5 days before I was having a large family get together. I contacted Fayette Heating and air because they advertised worked weekends at same charge. Initially I was annoyed I needed to join the Comfey Club to get priority service, but I have ended up being very pleased with the club program and have even renewed it for another year. All of the repair people I have dealt with have been personable and professional. I saw a review on the pricing that indicated higher than average. I estimate home repairs in my job and confirmed the pricing was within the market price for the area. I feel it can be done cheaper, but the service and quality of people in my home are important to me. As part of the club, I recently had a plumbing review. With my home being 22 years old, I know I am getting close or beyond the life expectancy of many plumbing parts. They gave me an extremely detailed description of what they can do to update some items, exact pricing , etc. It wasn’t a scare tactic approach, but things I assumed would need to be done and as a person who travels for my job, I do worry about leaks occurring while I am out of town."
