"Maeser did a great job installing a new ac unit and thermostat. Job was done quicker than expected as well and the guys that did the work were very friendly and helpful. I'll look to their services again when needed. A+"

"The installer and his helper, were here at the time they said and got the old one out, after the water was drained, and got the new one in fast. They did have to wrestle the new one in, because of the small space I have here in my condo, but they got in in. I have used it to take a showers since, and it is great. The new one is quiet, I don't hear the flame coming on to heat the water. The temp was a little too high, but I have changed that down some."

"The installation today by Cory could not have gone better. He called before arrival, gave me a fair estimate before starting work, completed the work in no time flat (less than 2 hours) and was a complete pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable electrician who I easily conferred with about other electrical issues and I would gladly work with Cory in the future. Highly recommended!"

"I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They cam within a day of when I called, assessed and fixed one problem, installed a new water heater the same day, and returned the next day to install new pipes above the water heater. The plumbers were polite, professional, and explained clearly what they were doing. Pricing was very reasonable and I also have a yearly service contract. Office personnel were also friendly and knowledgeable. Will only use them from now on."

"Replacement of 14 yr-old gas water heater completed in less than 2 hrs, with careful attention to customer input and consideration of work area. Nick and teammate were punctual, attentive, and knowledgeable both during the quote process and the project, itself. After using advertised discounts, Dauenhauer’s price was competitive with others, plus this crew’s demonstrated respect for the customer validated my choice. I would definitely call them again as well as recommend to others looking for this level of service."

"Very expensive service... I was charged 210 dollars for 5-minute reprogramming of my new ecobee4 thermostat. I requested a technician to come to check my Air conditioner as my electric bill was higher compared to the last year.. he found nothing wrong with the system. I suggested to him that it might be the newly installed ecobee4 thermostat. He checked the wiring was good. He found out that it's set up to auxiliary heat as primary and reprogrammed it and charged me 210 dollars without letting me know it will be that expensive prior to the reprogramming... Imagine, 5-minute setup of the thermostat and they charge you 210 dollars.. I will never recommend them to anyone"

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."

"Meade County Service Techs did the plumbing in our new basement, installed a water heater, fixed and put in a new kitchen faucet for us and all new bathroom faucets as well! They do a fantastic job and I recommend Cory to everyone! He will always be our go to plumber"
