The designer took us shopping for beautiful modern finishes that fit our style and budget. The installers/builders are highly skilled, worked efficiently and perfectly, and checked with us throughout the process if details needed to be ironed out. The Project Engineer stopped by several times for status checks both during the job and after completion. At the end of the job, we were left with an amazing transformation of our rooms into beautiful, functional spaces that are structurally superior to the original build."

"Jim, Wes, Chris, John, and the entire Elevate Design Build team we've worked with have far exceeded our expectations. We recently purchased a home with serious foundation problems in a second story sunroom addition. The sunroom was the jewel of the house, but the foundation was failing and the room had dropped about 5 inches. We received several opinions about how to proceed - ranging from repairs that would re-support but not level the room to demolition and rebuilding to abandoning the purchase of the property! Jim replied to my online inquiry quickly (and over the weekend!) and met us at the property a couple of days later. He was knowledgable, direct, professional, and very fun to work with. We felt most comfortable with his approach and expertise and were delighted that their proposed budget was more than competitive while still satisfying our entire wish list. They started work ahead of their original proposed schedule and kept us informed at every step. Chris led the onsite work and brought great comfort through stories of past work and his confidence about our approach. Wes (co-owner) was also on the site most days. It's worth noting that this project ultimately happened during the pandemic and we felt that the team took every precaution to respect our health, use appropriate protective equipment, and essentially never enter our home unless absolutely necessary for the project (and with advanced notice). The work itself was excellent. No detail was too small. At one point, it was decided that a change in approach would allow them to spare an existing lower structure slotted for demo. It made the work harder for the crew, but they did it and stayed on budget because they felt it was the right decision for us and our home. While other contractors advised that we'd need to rip out and replace all flooring and windows because they would surely crack while jacking the room to level, Jim said we should and wait and see - maybe we'll get lucky! He priced both eventualities - how much if we were able to use existing vs. if we needed to replace part or all of the interior features. The end result? Jim was right - we got lucky and no windows or tiles cracked! Another excellent piece of guidance that ultimately saved us money and earned our respect but was no financial benefit to the Elevate Team. Our sunroom is level, properly supported, and was less expensive than we budgeted. It is beautiful work, and it has made our house the "dream home" that we were hoping would be possible. In our experience, Elevate Design Build is a team of capable, experienced professionals with buckets of integrity. You can trust them with your home and your wallets. We did and we're thrilled. We've already requested a quote for our next project!"

"I've been pleased with previous jobs they've done for me.  And I am pleased with this one.  There were a few minor issues relating to my old house not being square, but they solved the problem quickly and got on with the job.  I am quite pleased with their attention to detail and finish work.  The new doors do not have the character that the old (original) dutch doors did, but they also do not leak like a sieve.  The new doors were an upgrade to fiberglass that Dimitri's knowledge of the product encouraged me to make from steel and I am very happy with the products they chose.  While they were here, I asked them to switch the doorknob from the old kitchen door to the basement and they did that.  At my request, they also took a look at my roof (I'd been told it had 5-7 years when we bought the house, 7 years ago) and told me that it did not need to be replaced anytime soon.  They do good work and are honest and trustworthy.  I highly recommend them.

"D&H Demolition quickly demoed the carpet from my living, dining , and steps to the second floor. Replaced with re- claimed hardwood flooring which resulted in a significant cost savings for me. Replaced the flooring and steps with a satin finish that so beautiful that I keep getting comments. Work was timely completed and professionally done. I would definitely use their services again. "Brian did an excellent job on repairing and power washing my deck. The only downside is that small jobs come last and the time between hiring and completing the job took longer than I had hoped. Nonetheless, the work performed was great and I would recommend hiring Starcom to others who are interested getting a good company to do home improvement projects."

"We had wanted a screened in porch for a while and began to talk with contractors in Spring 2019. We felt very comfortable after talking with Goliath that not only were they capable and in the ballpark of the other estimates, but that they were truly committed to quality work. We began working with them on the designs and specifications, and we had lots of questions because although we knew generally what we wanted, there were lots of details and decisions to be made. They struck the perfect balance of making suggestions, pricing out options, and providing guidance without dictating changes. We changed our minds several times about this or that and they were always amenable. I should note that the job was not only the addition but replacing two large windows in the back, one with a custom sliding door and the other with 3 windows. The addition included a deck, an outdoor gas fireplace and TV, so they had to run electric and gas line. They also replaced our roof and gutters. There were challenges (the shop we bought the windows from dropped them loading for delivery, the inspections were, at times, nightmarish), but Goliath stayed calm, made adjustments, and pushed through. I should also say there were many crews working and all were extremely professional and respectful. We would definitely use Goliath again and would highly recommend them to others."

"Tommy and his team at Bent Palm did a fantastic job, giving my old deck of 22 years a much needed facelift with the Trex product and with black metal railing. The deck is just stunning !! I liked it sooo much, I also Tommy design and build a stone patio with a bench wall and fire pit. From the computer generated design to the final product (and the patio looks exactly like the illustration), another fantastic job! Well done Bent Palm. You get my 5 star rating!!"
