"Simons HVAC replaced our 20 yr. old mini split with a Lenox mini heat pump. The installers, Felix, Ryan, and Antonio were here right on time, were very professional, worked with me on how I wanted it done, did a great job, cleaned up all the workplace, tested the equipment, and got the job done in one day. Simons's office personnel, Danyan, Marissa, Crystal,and Tammy were perfect in scheduling, following up, doing warranty registration, and applying for National Grids rebate. The unit is performing great, it is so quiet you don't even know it's on. It can even provide heat down to below zero and save alot on operating costs. Lenox makes superior equipment!
