"Skimped on quality of retaining wall, not burying one layer of block in some sections. As a result, There are five gaps in the versilock wall on the bottom. I have reached out to him for 6 months to deal with this issue and have been met with delays and no response.
Was rushed in pouring concrete. Some areas are not to code, i.e., proper depth. Corner of pour cracked two months after completion in December 2014. Contacted him immediately to have it corrected in the spring of 2015. Once again, was met with delays, excuses and the last two months no response.
I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

"Our furnace went down for a week so our pipes froze and burst... I explained to dreamworks how we were just in a hotel for a week and how we have four kids and that we needed water to come home... Joe and his team came out the very next morning as early as possible to get us up and running... they replaced the bad pipes and restored our water within a couple hours!!! The in-person, email, text, and phone calls needed to estimate and set up the work were timely and responsive. Dorin, Jimmy, Gerad, and Lamar did excellent work cleaning and pointing my bricks. They were punctual, orderly, and respectful. I was impressed that they left the work areas so clean considering they were removing old debris and prepping/applying mortar.
