"Very Satisfied ... friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and interested in my input ... One minor suggestion: after changing the thermostat settings to test the heating unit, either return them to the previous settings and/or remind me to check that they are set to my preferences upon his departure ... my wife got a little warm that evening :)"

"Joe and his Airoc team are true professionals.
They provided reliable, dependable and expert service regarding all paperwork associated with the installations"

"The install team of Mynor and Steve were very professional and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently, explained the operation of the new unit well and left the place cleaner than they found it."

"Talked to Matt the owner one very hot Sunday in June when my A/Cs were not working. I had my regular folks tell me it was shot and had a leak. Matt sent his team out on Monday and the A/Cs were up and running in about 40 minutes. There was no leak. They worked beautifully all summer. My neighbor's went out this year - her unit was about 5 years older than mine. I gave her NextGenAire's contact info and she just replaced her unit. She is very happy with the price and service."

"Their service is flawless and their pricing for the unit was good. The service contract has been going up in price but I would still recommend them and I would use them again."

"New faucet has been installed an inch or so too far outside. The two securing screws could be driven into the wood by a few turns only."

"I bought my unit from NETR in 2018. It worked fine until we discovered it wasn't blowing any cold air. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. Anyway, it took a few weeks but they repaired it today and I was impressed with their courtesy and getting the job done very quickly and successfully. I felt like I was being dealt with honestly. Thanks, Jared and Jack. I should mention I paid about $300 for the refrigerant today. I don't know what the final cost will be but probably a bit over $1000."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
