"Their technician was professional, yet friendly and on-time for the scheduled appointment. The problem was identified and whatever repairs that could be performed were done so in a fast and thorough manner. He offered advice and, based on our questions, offered recommendations. We will keep their information and definitely use them again if we need an appliance or laundry repairman again."

"My dryer issue was repaired promptly within 2 days of my first call. Remarkable!"

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"They arrived on time and give advice to by another dryer then put money in to the dryer."

"I wish my first call had been to Eddie and Repair Tech Plus. He fixed my TV after another repair service told me the situation was hopeless if I didn't spend an unreasonable amount of money with them (after, of course, they'd missed their first appointment with me). The best part of dealing with Eddie instead was his professional and friendly approach; he was prompt, on-time, informative, and frank. He always returned phone calls as promised, showed up as agreed. As an authorized technician, he always called the TV company direct if there were any technical issues that needed dealing with. During the initial diagnostic visit, he very honestly talked to me about the cons of repair -- that depending on which component needed to be replaced, it may approach the cost of simply buying a new (albeit smaller) set. I decided to go ahead with the repair anyway, and Eddie did everything he could to make sure we got it repaired efficiently and in a timely manner. I really do wish I hadn't let another repair service waste a week and that I had simply found Repair Tech Plus first. Eddie and RepairTech Plus made what can potentially be a stressful situation comfortable."

"Murphy Family Services was excellent from start to finish. I used an Angie's List 4-hours of work deal... Mike the electrician was awesome! He called ahead, arrived early, performed a ton of work and educated me about some important things to look out for. Also, there were no hidden fees or tricks on how much it actually cost. I will always be calling these guys for electrical help."

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"The belt broke in the evening and the next morning, Hodges & Bryant service men were here to fix it. Outstanding. I have always used Hodges & Bryant because they are prompt, trustworthy and this visit was no different."

"I had a technician in my home within one hour on a Monday at 5:30PM. An estimate was quickly made on what it would cost to fix my dryer. The very next day at 9:00AM, as promised, he had the parts and fixed the dryer. Prompt, efficient and very reasonable price."
