He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. "I'm awful with names but our technician went above & beyond with regard to the installation . Apparently the water heater did not include the necessary pan to go underneath the unit. He had to make a 25 mile round trip to Ace Hardware to get one. Aside from the time required to obtain the pan, the job was done quickly. I did my research prior to choosing Gilmore. All the reviews were stellar. The reviews for the other places were not. The final bill amount was on the extreme end of the spectrum from what I researched. Water heater installation is best done using as reputable a service provider as possible. It was an expensive investment but I would recommend Gilmore in the future."

At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric.
