When my computers crash, he helps me recover my data when no one else can. Recently he built me a computer specially designed for my needs and it works great. He has made house calls for me before and he has fixed my computer remotely via Internet access many times, which is very convenient. Other companies on the Internet claim to provide computer repair service via Internet access, but many of them are scammers (I have fallen prey to that myself, and my computer crashed as a result) but Jim is honest and trustworthy, so know that you don't have to worry about him taking advantage of you in any way. He will even take the time to teach you how to avoid scammers and other malicious things like viruses, which most computer technicians won't do. I recently purchased his monthly maintenance services. Every month he checks out my computer via the Internet and scans for anything malicious and looks at the overall function, and now I can rest easier knowing that Jim is watching over my computer's health. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Every time it rained water would pour over our gutter on the back of our house. I figured the home builder put to small of gutters on the house and no matter who I would have come out would try to sell me gutters for the entire house. Kevin Bowser came out the day after I called their office and asked what the problem was. I explained the situation and waited for him to put the hammer on us. Kevin actually said that it was an easy fix and that they would eliminate two of the elbows they had installed, replace a 10' section of gutter with a larger one and also replace the downspout with a larger one. I said "that's it?" and he said he needed to apologize because they have a minimum charge for any job of $200 and the cost to do this would only be $168 but he would have to charge me $200. I told him we were leaving for vacation in 5 days and I really wanted to have it done before we left. He asked what day we were leaving and I said Wednesday. Kevin had two guys come out (he also stopped by to make sure everything was done to our liking) on Tuesday. It only took them 40 minutes and you would have never known they were here. All old parts gone and the new parts looked great. Haven't had any problems since when it rains! Kevin, the two installers and DWC.....you really should give them a chance to earn your business."
