"Lift It Rite is a local Gainesville Georgia company. This was a professional job, from the estimate to scheduling the job, to completion. They showed up on time and ready to work. Both owners came out. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and professional. I had about a 20-foot section of decking that had sunken below the level of the adjacent concrete. The drop ranged from 1/4 in. in some areas to over 1 inch in one 3 foot section. A serious tripping/fall hazard. They swept up all the concrete dust from the holes they bored that was possible to get. Pumped the foam and raised each area back to the level of the adjacent concrete, cleaning up the foam debris as they went. After raising the concrete, they took a concrete saw and cut the jagged concrete along the original joint line to produce a smooth line. Then they filled that area with a liquid foam like a backer bar, pushed it down into the joint line then smoothed it with a wire wheel once it had dried(One of the other service providers charged an additional fee to seal the joint line). Finally, they sealed the holes they had drilled and did a final cleanup. They did this in 2 hours! And that includes setting up the equipment and putting it all back in the truck. And the price was the most reasonable of the three companies I got estimates from. I will use Lift It Rite if I ever need concrete raised in the future. And I highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service."

"It couldn't have gone better. I called on a Tuesday, had an estimate Friday, and work started Monday and was completed that day. The team was professional, prompt, and very informative. They fixed my existing French drain and repiped it to run down the side of the house and out the back. They added another drain to the area that collects a lot of water as well as laid concrete to my front porch to prevent water entry. They made sure my gutter drains were clear and hooked up to drain away from the home. It was all done quick and efficiently and when they were done, they cleaned up and explained all they did. Amazing. I will definitely be using them for other services."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. His mannerisms were on point, polite, humble and very knowledgeable about the task at hand. I had another Bobcat company come before hiring Con South, who I had to fire because they were afraid of the slopes of the land and moved entirely to slow. Jason on the other hand seems to be one with his machine. I stood in awe of his skill and maneuverability. It seemed as if that bobcat was under a spell. I don't do many reviews, however, after this complete blessing I had to give credit where it is earned and favor is a blessing , this youngman wouldn't even accept a tip."
