"We found water heater leaking morning before Thanksgiving. Tim responded quickly and replaced water heater within hours of our call. Tim outperformed our expectations. Thanks to Tim and Steve, we had hot water within a few hours after the problem arose."

"Very responsive after my first contact. Job completed two days later. Everything was done correctly to install a new RHEEM water heater to replace original to house intalled 19 years ago. Helpful technician and carefully installed. All good."

"Nick Ogline was awesome!! Very professional, did a great job installing my water heater and arrived on the early side of the time window. I thought it was a little pricey but I feel confident the job was done right and would definitely use Ben Franklin plumbing again."

"I asked for a ballpark range of cost that could be expected if a person wanted to install a tankless water heater. They said they have no information. I contacted Pronto and they asked me to send them two pictures and they had the job quoted exactly. This is a market space differentiator. Ben Franklin wanted to charge me 29.95 for a quote on Monday. The other company did it over the phone in 15 min for free on Saturday. We have videos and cameras on our phones. Use technology to improve processing where possible. I didn't use them so I cannot speak to anything else."

"We were pleased with their service. He didn't take credit cards, but he was willing to take a cheque. So that was good. We thought repaired the product the way it should be and we were pleased. We thought their prices were reasonable."

"I hired Kinetico to install a full house reverse osmosis system. I bought a house in Lehigh Acres that a master plumber said "this is the worst smelling sulphur water I have seen in over ten years" about. After installation the rotten egg/sulphur smell has been completely removed. Everyone from the installer, to Rick the salesmen and Marcus the customer experience manager has been fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their water quality."

"I am new to tankless/gas water heater. I asked them to do an inspection of it (2 yrs in house) since it looked really old. I was right, it's old but working. When these guys tell you the life expectancy left in an appliance they are pretty spot on. It was in need of a service bad but since I've added soft water many of my appliances are dying. They checked out what they could and let me know its life was limited. I got a quote and can now shop around or save for the repair."

"Water heater was installed at a competitive price, customer service was very helpful."

"It was great. Great service. Loved everything"
