"Ed is meticulous about everything. My husband and I own a condo in Florida but live in Indiana. Based on reports on Angie's List, I contacted Ed for a bid. I made the best choice possible. During the process of completing all repairs to get the condo refreshed for a new tenant, Ed maintained contact with me and explained what he was doing or what needed to be that I had not been told about from the management company.
