Tech (Mario Cieza) called in the specified timeframe, 30 min before arrival. Tech was polite and direct to troubleshooting. I had AC issues 3 years ago and it was a bad compressor capacitor. Mario after troubleshooting diagnosed that the same capacitor was bad. He replaced the capacitor, checked and topped off the coolant, and cleaned the blower exterior. The quoted repair price was reasonable ($237). I was happy with the service response, professionalism and price."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "The service went fine.  I wanted them to test if the carbon monoxide was leaking or something for the safety and also do the cleaning.  The guy that came out, didn't do any cleaning.  The good side was that he found that it was leaking; but the other hand, he said the machines were pretty old.  He can give some special price, if I want to make some major repairs.  I was not interested because of my purpose in the beginning was just to check the safety.  On the other hand, I was disappointed because he didn't do anything about the cleaning.  He came on time.  I got what I paid for.  The price was okay because he didn't charge more.  He tried to answer all my questions.  He came on the appointed day."
