"Once Al was informed that we had already made a deposit to the other company he had me follow him down to our local office store and had me fill out a denial of service form and faxed it to the other window company to cancel the order. Al picked up any expense for the faxes and confirmations tand made sure that all papers had the proper dates on them including the confirmation date. He went the extra mile to maker sure I would be getting my deposit back, which I did.
Once we agreed to Al's deal, I put down a new deposit, and Al had his measuring guy come the next day to measure everything and the windows went into production. Al called me back within the 2 weeks he said it would take and said he had my windows. We made the appointment and 2 brothers showed up the date specified and began the install. The entire 10 windows we had replaced in our town-home went in seamlessly and the entire job took about a day and a half. The 2 brothers were hard working, efficient and cleaned every little spec of dirt or glass up before packing up and leaving. The entire experience was extremely professional.
