"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Our heat pump was not cooling so we called Air Control to come out and check it out. The lady on the phone was very courteous and said they were booked up on the day we called, but could have a tech out the next day. The tech arrived as promised, vheck out the system and had it recharched and going in about an hour. The tech Johnnie seemed quite knowledgeable and informed us he had charged our unit about 18 months ago and that it must have a leak. He said he had put some dye in the system so in the future the leak could be found and repaired. We appreciated the prompt service and the extra attention paid to try to help with any future problem
