David spent a great deal of time making sure the old tank was removed carefully even though it was difficult to drain the water because of the large amount of sediment build up. He worked very methodically and made sure the new heater was installed and working properly. Also did a very good job of cleaning up."

Mitch walked me through what we thought was the problem and was kind enough to offer to help me fix it myself in an effort for me to save some money.
