"Eleven years ago, I had a Bradford White electric hot water heater installed for one that was leaking through the bottom. Although I had to replace the elements several times, it never leaked. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing late in the afternoon, and they were here first thing the next morning. They gave me the cost to replace the elements and the cost to install a new Bradford White. This time, it made sense to replace it. They were done by noon with a 3-man team of experts. I checked with three big box stores, and although they were slightly less expensive, it was clear they would give their installers, whom I had no idea of, full responsibility. "They did a great job!  He was a little late, but we were the last stop for the day and he did call us and let us know exactly what time he would be arriving. The furnace breaker was overheating and causing the furnace to shut off.  He had the issue solved in no time!  He did have to run to the store to purchase a new break and return to install it.  We plan on using him in the future if we have any further issues!"

"After the buyer of our house got the inspection report back, I called Service Works to have my water heater replaced. During the call I found that they could complete the other stuff I needed done as well! They replaced our water heater, 4 windows around the house and replaced our back door. I don?t know if the timing was perfect but they were able to come out that weekend and completed everything. They ran a magnet after to get any nails that had fallen and cleaned up everything. The owner Kameron was great to work with and I can not thank these guys enough. 10/10 would recommend this crew and will be using them in the future as well!!!"
