"The install took longer than expected because they are a small company, and were extra busy with other jobs that week. However, when it was all said and done, I am quite pleased with the results. The AC works great in the summer, and my winter heating bills are almost 50% less than they used to be. Would I do it again? Yes. Would I wait this long to do it? No Way! "Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"Nice guys, but the service just seems kind of pointless. they put a brush on a drill and push it down the vents and returns, then they vaccuum. Left some mess behind. Meh. Not worth it.
