That same faucet began leaking recently and they were more than happy to come back and fix the leak. I'd like to add, the first repair (2 years ago) was done during very cold weather while it was sleeting. This time, it was quite cold out and raining. Neither time did the technicians complain about the weather. They were only happy to help and do their job. "We had a Pressure Relief Valve and a water shut off valve replaced and a water leak tracked down and repaired. I had contacted 3 companies regarding the issue we were experiencing. Pro Plumbing is the only company that responded promptly. We set up a time for their plumber to come out and he was exactly on time. Joseph (the plumber) was very polite and explained his company, how they work, etc. He used covers for his shoes (which I have found lately most companies do not do) and I greatly appreciated it! He went quickly to work, provided us with an estimate and started working on our problem. Finding our water leak took over 5 hours to find but their estimate never changed. Joseph had to open up our ceiling and a few walls to find the problem. But instead of busting into the drywall with a hammer leaving large holes, he cut into the drywall with a drywall saw leaving the opening repairable with drywall tape and patch putty. Once the repair was complete Joseph quickly cleaned up any mess he had made and was out of our home. I will call this company again if and when we have any issues that fall within the expertise of their technicians."
