Installed multiple shelves, grab bar, and new shower head on a slide bar. Done in a single day! Great experience with Warren and his crew. Polite and professional. Took the time to talk with us throughout the project. Cleaned up well and used excellent floor protection. Price was excellent and worked with us every step of the way to accommodate our needs. "Do NOT use Premier Home Pros. They installed my shower several months ago, took full payment, and never completed the job. The trim was never installed, and despite multiple calls and promises that someone would ?take care of it,? nothing has been resolved. Every time I called, I was either transferred to voicemail, hung up on, or told someone would follow up ? but no one ever did. Their customer service is unprofessional and unresponsive. They advertise a lifetime warranty and claim to stand behind their work, but once they have your money, they do not take responsibility. I?m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone."
