They started work within days of my accepting the bid, did everything they said they would and more. They finished on time and cleaned everything perfectly. I've dealt with many contractors through one new home build and two renovated homes. This was the easiest and most professional crew I've dealt with ever! "Joshua VillaLobos repaired a wobbly drive through gate and a walk through gate for the wooden fence in my backyard. He adjusted the latches and fixed the gates so they wouldn't say or drag the ground. He did a great job and made sure I was pleased with his work. I also asked him if he could do another project for me while there, and he had the tools to do this unexpected request. Joshua was professional in every way, he showed up at the time agreed, worked steadily with expertise, knew exactly what materials were needed for the work I needed done, and charged me a fair and reasonable price. "The project was started on the 5th of March and completed on the 16th. J.C. , Wayne and Austin were great and attentive to the project, being here on time and notified me when they were running late.  They were professional, work was done efficiently and they cleaned up after each day they were here.  I had some concerns over some areas but Wayne was quick to assure me that they would be addressed and finished to my satisfaction. The bathroom now has more storage space than before and I will be able to place a nice cabinet in there of my choosing.  The laundry area was enlarged just enough that when I have to replace my washing machine I can place a standard one there.  I have a small one that came with the condo and it was a tight fit in the beginning but now I have ample space for the newer styles. Installation of my water heater was done by Kurt and he was great, he even took care of a leak under my kitchen sink, forever grateful-THANKS!  The last day the team was here to finish up the small details and complete the remodel the final phase was the clean up of my concrete floors.  I was truly amazed that these guys were able to completely return the flooring back to a clean floor.,  You would never had known they had been here or that there had been a project done. I definitely would recommend this company and I have already discussed more remodeling with J.C. sometime this fall.
