In our search for a replacement, we contacted a number of companies (7 to be exact), after intense research and finally choosing one my wife and I can honestly say we are happy in our choice in going with Service Squad Plumbing of Fort Worth, this is a company I can honestly say did not attempt to over, charge us, upgrade us or underrate any of the companies we were looking at, they quickly send one of their technicianâ s name Grant (who I believe is their best) he quickly yet thoroughly accessed the situation, our concerns and directly answered all my questions, as well as gave me his advice and choice as to which model and size would be bested fitted in the space the previous one was in, the previous unit was 50gl and not planning ahead we had a customed cabinet tightly built around it, Grant immediately sized up the situation and recommended we go with a smaller 40gl, which is perfectly ok since itâ s only my wife and I now living in the house. Upon setting up an installation date Grant and his apprentice, Cory showed up on time and immediately started the process of removing my old unit and installation of the new unit (note it started to rain yet Grant and Cory continued working), I felt so comfortable and trusting of them that I allowed them to move all their needed equipment into my garage instead of them needing to go back and forward to their truck in the rain. Grant & Cory was very respectful and tidy, they actually were cleaning as they worked, rarely done by most companies, in my opinion if these two technicians are any indication as to the people Service Squad Plumbing hires I could honestly state this is a caring company that is trustworthy and dependable, as well as an indication of their professionalism, was from awarding them our business till completion of the job one of their office workerâ s (Wendy) kept in contact with me in answering before as well as after questions and billing concerning. My thanks to Service Squad Plumbing of Fort Worth and all those involved in making this a smooth installation and purchase. "Very legalistic. Way too expensive for 3 hrs work. Better read that workorder carefully not that you can understand what it says though as it's abreviated and cryptic. I needed joints moved etc. sweated as I orginally explained. That wasn't in the bid as it turns out. Not like $850 wasn't enough for 2 hrs work to install the tub and walk away on what I really needed done. At that point my spout was sitting where I'd have to cut INTO the tub to poke it through??? . Tells me to buy whatever brand I want then want then adds an valve installation charge. So another $175 to get what I originally wanted. I had told him I was concerned about it being properly leveled. He said it was yet admitted his level wasn't working properly? Okay? So now I'm waiting for him to come back because the valve is not mounted out far enough. Per the workorder I got a tub install, CPE lift & turn, & a lift turn with overflow??? I have no idea what that is yet in the end this guy shows me the workorder as evidence I owe more money. If one is going to be very legalistic regarding what's written on a workorder then the workorder should be written describing all work to be performed for the CUSTOMER in detail!!! Not a half dozen cryptic words and acronyms of which the customer has not idea of their meaning. I'm highly disappointed in the manner in which this company does business."

"Stuart is very knowledge about HVAC units and tries to repair versus replacement.  Extraordinary customer relations.

 Also scheduled adding new insulation.  His work is reliable.   We had a few hiccups on the timeline of getting replacement unit installed due to call load. We plan to use him for normal maintenance going forward.

"Checked the entire house and water heater.? We discussed the water in depth, it would need to be replaced in the next year and it was 10 years old, at the end of it's life.? Adjusted all toilets and installed two new flappers, so the toilets don't run constantly and saves water.? Checked the shower and replaced the shower head.? We were entirely satisfied with the service."

I felt like he was honest and very helpful. I will call again when I need a repair. "They came out quickly, on time, and gave me a courtesy call which was a nice touch. Got to work fast found the broken pipe also found a valve box that'd been buried by years of dirt. They did a great job, cleaned up after the job was done. Overall very pleased with the work would call again for future repairs"
