"He was good when he did the rough job. But by the time we were ready for the finish work he was unreliable, unpredictable, and had done some things wrong that cost us $. He even charged an extra fee because he showed up before he was supposed to and we didn't have one of the parts we needed. He only communicates by text which we found a problem. He insisted when he saw our review that we change it or he would not finish the job. So I have improved my assessment to get him quit bullying me."
