"This was on a Sunday afternoon. While attempting to repair our toilet the supply line valve broke off. Water everywhere! Had to shut off the Main so no water to the entire house! We called three "24/7" plumbing services and no one was available. One suggested we call T&J. While we did have to wait they were able to call someone in to come out. He arrived, had to locate parts for our older plumbing and go pick them up. Got it replaced and for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and would use again!"

"I called them for my outside faucet and my toilet both were leaking. He was very honest and told me I needed to replace my toilet because my tank through and hey could not help me. H then looked my faucet up and gave me a price to replace. They replaced it today. Their quote was the lowest I received and least amount of time. He replaced it in under 15 minutes everyone else was quoting 1 1/2 hours and almost $300 dollars. Very nice young man. Helped me to set up my hose correctly as I just had shoulder surgery and let me water the flower bed while he completed paper work. "Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."

"Another company was unable to clear the main sewer drain and wanted to up-sell an additional $900 to run a camera down it and use a water jet to try and clear it. I sent them packing and called Plumbing Professors. On time and got the drain cleared at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others."

"We initially thought that there was a leak in the line for which a quote was provided. Once the line was uncovered to repair the leak it was discovered that the entire line (lead pipe which had been installed when the house was built in 1967) was corroded and would probably continue to spring leaks even after the first was repaired. The contractor recommended that the entire line be replaced although he was more than willing to repair only the leak for the initial estimate of $195. I agreed with his recommendation.
The repair was expected to take several days so the contractor ran a temporary supply line to the house so that we would not be without water.
We were totally satisfied with the work that was completed and that the employees were professional and courteous.
