"Two spanish-speaking young men did the install. Although they spoke Spanish, they managed to communicate essential information about the installation. They first confirmed that the material they installed matched the existing flooring. Then they leveled each floor before putting down the laminate. I requested sealing the laminate to the baseboards but they said the company policy was to not do this due to movement of the walls and floor. They cleaned up after the job and put back furniture where it went. Overall, I am very satisfied."

"Valerie was an incredible salesperson. She was kind and willing to make personal sacrifices to make the deal work. We were sure we could not afford the floor but she made it affordable. Both my husband and I are allergic to dogs but the crew came in and pulled out all the old flooring and gave us a lovely vinyl floor that looks and feels like real wood. Our allergies are clearing up thanks to the new floor. They put it in in one day! When we came home at 4 pm the largely Hispanic crew was laughing and singing while they worked. "I was extremely pleased with the quality of work and the price charged.  I live in a highrise condo and there are procedures to be followed - everything went as planned and on schedule and budget.  Jerry Hubbard (owner) remained at the worksite both days, as both worker and supervisor.  His entire crew of 5 was professional and took great care to not make a mess (they put up plastic to limit the spread of dust, etc.).  They ground down the high spots in the floor so that they would not need as many bags of leveler and thereby saved me money.  Their price was more than competitive and I would not hesitate to use them in the future at all.  The quality was great and they took extra time to advise us on floor care and nuances they had experienced previously with this type of flooring (floating engineered bamboo hardwood).  I got quotes from several companies and talked to several about the technical details, pros/cons of nailing, gluing, floating, etc, and found none more helpful than Hubbard Flooring.
