"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. While some businesses might not view this job as worthy enough of their time, Ian, at Castles General Services, was gracious and accommodating. He made a special trip at the end of his work day to make sure the job got done on the same day so my SIL wouldn't have to deal with the leak for an additional night. He also made sure to get the many weeks worth of built up snow and ice off her roof. Then he came back a couple days later to secure the rest of her roof so there would be no additional leaks. Because he was fitting us in at the end of his day, both he and his wife stayed in touch with me throughout the day, until he was there. He was so kind to my SIL and treated her with compassion when she started crying. It's nice to know we have someone to help, when we live faraway."

"I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."
