"This review is long overdue which is my fault! However, I hired Tony and his team to completely refurbish two antique pieces that I inherited from my family - both more than 55 years old. And the photos speak for themselves- both pieces look brand new and I am proud to have them in my home. The dresser was my mom's baby dresser and had been stored in a garage for more than 20 years so the water damage and swelling caused the piece to be unusable. Tony and team rebuilt the entire top to match the style. I now use it daily and each drawer slides open perfectly as well. The vanity was my great grandma's and while I had been using it daily for several years it was also in rough shape. I truly couldn't believe how amazing it looked after the work PFSW did. I ordered custom glass toppers to further protect it and I continue to use it daily. I love having these family heirlooms in my home and I am so glad I trusted them to Tony. "We engaged Tom Burrell of TD Burrel D&S for a deck renovation project that involved updating an aging wooden deck with TimberTech composite decking. From the outset, Tom demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship, creative spirit, and a deep understanding of the materials. We selected Tom due to his expertise and experience with TimberTech, his competitive pricing, and his flexibility with the project scope. We received quotes from three other deck companies, all of which were more expensive and less accommodating. Tom was thorough, detailed, flexible, patient, and kind. We recommend Tom and his work, however, a few considerations to keep in mind: 1. Our project was planned for 2023 but was ultimately delayed into 2024 due to unforeseen financial circumstances and impacts from other projects. Though unplanned and unfortunate, Tom maintained consistent communication with us throughout this period. 2. Tom operates mostly as a one-man team. While this is reflected in his lower overhead costs, it also means that the project pace will likely be slower compared to companies with larger teams. I called Ferrari Furniture Doctor, talked to Phil Ferrari, explained the issue, and scheduled an onsite visit to look into the issue. He came on time, looked up the issue, and gave a reasonable quote for repair. We accepted the quote and scheduled the repair. He came on the scheduled date with all the materials and tools. He repaired the sofa in a couple of hours and did it very professionally. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and nice to the customer. I recommended him for any sofa repair."
