"Bill was at my house within an hour of calling for water and mold in my basement. He was thorough in explaining what needed to be done and checked in frequently to update on progress and any adjustments that needed to be made. Additionally, he was very knowledgable in providing feedback on where the problem/leak could be stemming from. Once finished with the clean up in a section of my basement, the carpets were cleaned and all of his equipment and materials were cleared out. He even offered to help put things back or come back in the future once the cause of the water was addressed. I would highly recommend Bill's services to anyone looking for honest, hardworking, successful services."

"GCPRO were the most professional and technology-equipped of all the estimators who came to look at this project. They had laser measures, tools for reading how wet the drywall was, infrared cameras to look at the water saturation... It was impressive! They also were very competitive in pricing. I chose them for those reasons and because they were start-to-finish, handling the remediation and removal efforts all the way through to reconstruction and finishing efforts. The technology carried through those efforts as well, with 3D scanning to measure space and material requirements. The two carpenters who worked on putting everything back together (and actually beyond what was originally there, Janusz and Yaroslav, were extremely professional, polite, detail-oriented and neat. I am astounded by the quality of their craftsmanship. I cannot recommend GCPRO enough!"

"He is a dedicated, professional and prompt in the delivery of his service. Reliable and dependable, and will recommend to anyone at anytime."

"I hired Matrix Cleaning Systems for both water removal services in my basement, then also had them do carpet cleaning work. I liked the way Patrick clearly communicated exactly what he proposed to do and at what price. He did a very thorough job at a reasonable rate and within the time frame promised. He also was very respectful to me and my property. Matrix will be my first call when water removal or carpet cleaning is needed."

"Water mitigation done after sewer backup into our basement. Jay came out same day to do estimate. Work done the following day, exactly as expected. Removed carpeting, baseboards, drilled holes at baseboard level to be sure there was no drywall behind paneling and allowing for better drying. Moved our furniture around to do the job. Sprayed for mold and left commercial fans and a dehumidifier running for a couple of days. Fair price. Good communication/responsive. Kept me updated as to arrival times, etc. Would recommend this company."

"I hired Tri State Flood to help us with our water damage emergency, crews came fast, the office followed up with me to make sure we were all set. Very professional, reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Tri State Flood!"

"Rick was very professional and their service was exactly what we were looking for at the price range. we purchased a house over the summer. during the inspection, mold was found which the previous owner declined to take care of. my agent told me i should be looking around 800 for this particular job. he also told me that mold removal service providers "smell the fear" and jack up the price.. we have a 1yr old baby so when we started collecting quotes, sure enough every vendor was quoting us for $2,000 . Rick was first vendor who gave us quote in expected price range. He was very professional and prsonable so we hired his team and we r very happy with the results."

"I'd called them for mold investigation and removal. This latest (6/19/17) was the 4th time I used them. Other 3 were unrelated to this or each other. On all jobs, I received a call back the same day and technicians arrived shortly thereafter to begin their work. They were very knowledgeable and took more care than I even thought necessary to protect my carpeting, walls and furnishings. They were very clean and removed their own debris. I would recommend them to anyone in need of mold remediation."

"Giovanni is a pleasure to work with! He did an amazing job. I would recommend his services and would gladly hire him again."

"I've worked with him twice; a roof leaking problem and mold removal. They did a tremendous job The house we just bought has all new painting and will need a new roof in a few years and for that, we will call them back. They're very customer service orientated."
