Removing the old liner is dirty work and they did it without leaving a trace of ash/dirt in the house. The new chimney flue, cap work great. The job was clean and well done. "Overall, the experience was positive.  I called very late on a Friday afternoon and someone took my information and said that I would be contacted first thing Monday morning.  No one called me on Monday, however.  I was called on Tuesday and was told that the scheduler would call me back.  This person called a day later, I believe.  Other than this phone tag experience, everyone was very polite and professional to deal with.  The workers (2) came a little earlier than their scheduled time slot to get in the work before the next rain.  They took a photo with their phone camera to show me the nail that needed to be nailed back down and they performed the maintenance items included in the $299 deal.  They were polite and explained everything to me.
