"The guys at Z and O Construction did a really nice job of replacing my back deck! The company owner, Oral Aydogdu, was very knowledgeable and helpful when explaining the work to be done. His Crew Chief, a gentleman named Lazarov, was a real master at building and fabricating things, and each of the guys on the crew was a solid professional. It was a pleasure having them around, watching them work, and learning some of their tricks and techniques for doing things! These guys did a beautiful job of replacing my deck, and bringing it up to current Fairfax County codes. This new deck is much better and stronger than the old deck was, and should last for many years!"

Before we can begin construction, there are many tasks that must be completed. We do this efficiently by using project, customer service and communication tools and technologies along with a great staff that all share the same vision of excellence. Below are the steps we take to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your choice.
"HD Exteriors replaced our 20 year-old wood deck with a beautiful new Trex deck in April. We had gotten 4 presentations from companies based on contacts we got from the Capital Home Show, and HD Exteriors was head and shoulders above all the others in design, detail, cost, and communication. Graham Jr., was our point of contact in setting our contract, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and clear. He listened to what we wanted to do, offered suggestions and didn’t try to upsell us. We were given a start timeframe, but our actual start date was earlier, which we appreciated. Throughout the entire process of signing the contract, having questions answered, being assigned a project manager, (Jai, who was always accessible and awesome) and the actual work being done, the communication was excellent. We were notified when workers would be onsite, when inspections were scheduled, when walk-thrus were done, and had access via text to our PM. All of it was extremely well done. The deck was finished with excellent workmanship, even when they installed a style of steps they’d never done before. We can’t say enough positive things about the entire company and how they operated. They were a pleasure to work with. We’re just sorry we don’t have anything else for them to build!"

All of the work was absolutely essential for safety and structural reasons, and I'm so glad I chose OSSA to do the work. My mother has Alzheimer's, which presented additional issues, but the entire crew was incredibly kind, respectful, and understanding of the unique challenges they faced. They were responsive and kept me aware of everything regarding the job along the way. My mother is so pleased, and I have the peace of mind that all of her outdoor space is safe, beautiful, and accessible. "I called/e-mailed five different companies to get bids to replace the decking boards on my old deck. Steadfast was one of only two companies that responded. I made an appointment. Their employee arrived on time, with samples, explained the options, later provided an estimate in writing, and was very thorough. It took several weeks to get on their schedule to get the work done. I was contacted about 48 or 72 hours before the work was to start. The installer arrived on time, removed the old decking and rail cap, installed additional joists and the new Fiberon decking. Very clean installation."
