"Emad was unwilling to provide a written report of his findings—why? My guess is he doesn’t want to stand by his findings and/or he’s lazy and doesn’t want to. Either way, not someone you want to use as the basis for an eval of your house’s structural integrity when purchasing a home. He charges $400 for a “verbal” report with you—-useless when you are going thru escrow..."

For various reasons related to pricing and products those contractors were not able to meet our needs. CHB was able to give us what we wanted in a timely and efficient manner. When CHB’s staff showed up to work the arrived in a timely manner and eager start working. They were all friendly, professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and completed the entire project as scheduled. They installed a beautiful pavers stone driveway, a drought resistant landscape with drip irrigation and a mailbox enclosure. Since the installation was completed our neighbor and passer-by’s have been complementing the appearance of the work completed by CHB. My husband and I highly recommend CHB to do your job!
