"Everything went extremely well. We wanted to finally install central air to our older home, so we called around and got several estimates. The salesperson Tom Kelly, that came out was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions and explained several options. After the estimates were done, we decided to go with Jimmy Gusky based on the reviews and the presentation Tom had given. The estimates from all the companies were somewhat all around the same price, And we didn’t want to go with the cheapest estimate. Initially we were only looking to have central air added onto the furnace, but on installation day, one of the installers brought to my attention that there were small cracks in the heat exchangers of the 20 yr old furnace. Based on the potential of the furnace leaking carbon monoxide into the house, it was decided to just replace the furnace and get a new HVAC unit. The two men that did the installation were very experienced and knowledgeable. The new system looks and works great. I supplied my own Nest thermostat and they installed that as well. Kudos to the two installers who definitely knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely recommend them"

"The repair man was a Burmese guy, Joe, and he did an outstanding job changing the anode bar and removing the sediment from my water heater. This should extend the life of the tank. Joe showed up 10 minutes early and finished promptly. He worked hard and had the necessary supplies and tools. He knew what he was doing. I would glad to use Joe again in the future!"

"My Remedy Plumber arrived on time and didn’t really charge me for his service because he stated what he needed to do may not fix my problem because I needed a new faucet which he did not have. Water was running from both the tub’s faucet and the shower head. After pulling off the faucet and making a minor adjustment to a washer within the faucet the problem was "temporary" fixed, the washer was damaged. He stated that a new faucet was needed and that I could call back to have that installed. I thanked him, gave him a small thank you gift, and he was on his way. I was thankful that this plumber had "integrity" and did not try to overcharge me for work that did not fix my problem. I would surly hire this company again!!"

He determined what parts were needed for the tub/shower and ordered the parts. He texted me when the parts came in 3 days later and Chris Hanes came out to install. "Charged $395 to install a refrigerator water line and remove an old saddle valve. We were getting low pressure from our existing fridge line, so I called to have the line and saddle valve replaced. Saddle valves are prohibited in the 2015 International Plumbing Code [Article 605.9] (adopted by Maryland), so I asked to have the existing one cut out and replaced with copper, then install a new ball valve on an existing copper line that is already closer to the the fridge anyway. Unfortunately Akeem either didn't hear or didn't understand the instructions properly, because after removing the old saddle valve he just put another one back in. I'm not sure why he even has them in his truck to be honest, since their use has been prohibited for several years. Anyway, after explaining again what I had been expecting he took it out and put in a ball valve. The finished work was of good quality. However given the misunderstanding about the job requested, apparent lack of knowledge concerning the Plumbing Code, and what I feel was a very high price for what amounted to about an hour's labor and maybe $25 in parts, I can't say I would use this plumber again."
