We weren't sure what the problem was but Gary came to our home on short notice, diagnosed the problem accurately and quickly and gave us a cost estimate with a repair date that was very quick as well. They arrived to do the repair, cleared the area needed for the work, removed the old tank and replaced it with a modern one, pulled the entire well pipe and pump which obviously was in terrible condition. They then installed a top line pump and new pipe. The new system worked flawlessly and provides pressure that we have not enjoyed in years. We are incredibly grateful to the work the crew put into completing our repair and replacement. They worked long hours and were cheerful and well-mannered through all of it.? "Overly expensive charges for replacing our water heater and water pressure regulator. Two weeks after installation my basement was flooded again and the water heater installed was the cause. When called out to fix the problem the tech flooded my basement again on the repair. The installer and assistant were nice people and he was the plumber who came to repair it. The owner is a good guy whom I had used once prior on a small job and I really liked him. I was not pleased with his demeanor this time on the first installation or the text showing him pictures of the rupture. I would not have written this if I didn?t know the cost to him of the replacement water heater compared to what we paid. It was WAY over on the labor which much of was waiting for parts not on their truck. That?s not the customer?s fault."

"The two man install team were very professional and knew their tasks well.  Shortly after the team left a small leak developed and Shannon was back in less than 30 minutes.  It was discovered that my pressure reducing valve had failed and Shannon replaced in while he was there.  The PRV needed to be replaced whether or not I had purchased the Aqua Clear System.  Being a technician, I am happy to have the pressure guage which came with the system.  My eyes no longer burn in the shower (no chlorine) and I can drink ice water (I drink a lot of water) without adding flavoring.  The price was more than I was expecting but the system is well worth it.  The cost of the system will be recovered in lower cost for soaps, water flavoring, and damage to plumbing fixtures from hardness,

"These guys were great!  From the first call to their office they scheduled us right in for an inspection.  When the inspector came he was organized, curious and extremely informative. When the job started, the crew was on time and worked unbelievably hard throughout the entire day, these men were super thorough. The foremen positioned the sump pump and discharge line so it was almost invisible to the naked eye.   Required a drain through the wall of the house. They also finished the job 1/2 day earlier then they had anticipated.  When they finished the job the basement was left clean and neat.  We got several quotes for the waterproofing and we are very happy with the results we got from AmeriDry. I highly recommend them.  And we would hire them again if needed.

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"We recently purchased a recently renovated century old farmhouse. We were not expected to use the home warranty that came with out purchase, but so happy we had it within months of moving in we had failures of the appliances. Then we learned the title agency paid the wrong home warranty company. We made the title company pay the proper warranty company covered in our contract due to reviews --- best decision we made. They were help in sorting out the problems with the Title Company and they made sure we were happy with the repairs. When one repairman bailed on us, American Home Shield came to the rescue. Couple of months later a pump failed on the clothes washer and it was repaired in just a few days. $75 for each claim for the service call and the repair is covered. I am afraid they have paid more than the cost of my policy at this point. But that is what insurance is for. Definitely keeping them in the future. Highly recommend."
