Several years later, when we had an additional problem not related to the first project, he returned and addressed the problem at no charge. He does a great job and goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. His wife Linda, who handles the business and customer service side, is quite nice and responsive too. I highly recommend these folks to anyone with a masonry issue."

"I ordered the replacement pad with the expectation that I would do this very small job myself, but decided to check out what a handyman would charge to do it for me. I emailed Roland yesterday morning and he responded very quickly with an estimate and a time that he was available. Roland showed up on time (awesome) and got to work.
