"We have pets, dogs and a cat as well as huge veggie gardens. The dirt we track into the house is surreal at times. Add stains, tipped coffee, etc. and our carpet cleaner just couldn't keep up. It was leaving more spots behind than it was cleaning. James and Floyd were absolute professionals. They worked for 3 hours using equipment designed to agitate and remove dirt and stains . They put protectors around corners and railing bases. They worked on hands and knees in places to make certain that the edges were not only clean but as dry as they could get them. They went after one tiny stain with 3 chemicals before it finally came out. They left the carpet looking new. What an achievement! Even the stairs and the landings (that were a catchall for dirty shoes and paws despite rugs and towels) were spotless. Their primary cleaner had a pleasant odor but by the time they were done the smell was gone. The carpets were completely dry within a few hours. We didn't meet their minimum square footage charge so they offered to Scotchgard the carpets too. We didn't add it because we are sensitive to chemicals but they really tried to give us our money's worth of services. What we lacked in square footage we more than made up for in stains and dirt. They more than succeeded in giving us our money's worth, frankly, by getting the carpets so amazingly clean. I appreciated that I knew the bill up front and wasn't victim to a long-winded sales pitch for an extra service or that cleaner/deodorizer, etc. James and Floyd were great to work with. I have used A & D before ( 2 story water damage and more) and will continue to use them in the future. Every one of their employees who have come into our home has been absolutely trustworthy and professional. Hire them with complete confidence that your home and belongings will be cared for and the work they do will be thorough and complete."
