"They divided the house in two sections, living room, kitchen, and family room were first (that's where the hardwood was) and the bedrooms were second. When they were working on the wood floors, they found out that the subfloor had to be restored as well, which increased the price a little bit more. This is something they had no way to know until they actually started doing the repairs, so it's something homeowners should be prepared for. After all those repairs were done, everything went very well. They started the sanding part and then the refinishing. We actually found out that they use green products in their projects, which we loved because they are better for your health and the environment. We decided to go natural, so no stains were applied on the floors. They did an amazing job restoring those wood floors, they were as shiny as if they were just installed brand new. Major pros for that. After that was finished, they proceeded to do the polishing of the marble. I think that was less complicated because they did it really fast and very good quality here too. Because of the size of the projects, they installed the quarter rounds we bought for free. Organization is a pro in this company. In addition, hey are very accessible, always answering emails and phone calls, so you won't have any problems communicating with them.  "

"Their pricing wasn't enough competitive. In general, the guy was pretty good and pretty responsive. He had some inaccuracies in his quote that I had to get corrected, just, he gave wrong pricing and I was surprised at the pricing on some windows and then he realized he made a mistake and he switched his pricing a couple of times and couldn't explain why. And then at the end of the day, it was more expensive. In general, he was good, I mean. And he certainly wasn't as expensive as a lot of other providers, don't get me wrong. It's just that he was probably a little bit better than average price. He was pretty responsive, even emails, when he was supposed to show up, he was here."

He clearly had lots of experience and was able to make my vision a reality. We spent a day selecting cabinets, backsplash, countertop, tiles. I was given lots of options and colors to choose from. His team showed up ON TIME every day. Eric was always easily accessible by phone throughout the project and made sure that his team stayed on track. He removed the soffits and replaced cabinets, backsplash, countertop. New lighting and appliances. Flooring and crown molding extended into my family room. I chose to hire these guys because I had previously purchased a "deal" by these guys, which was for 2 painters for a day, and I was very impressed by how hard they worked and what they accomplished in the designated time. So I hired them for more work I needed done. I had no difficulty scheduling. Mr Massarone and his associate were very professional. They arrived on time. This was a big and difficult job that included removing 1970s wallpaper which had been applied on almost every surface, including the kitchen ceiling. It did not strip easily. These guys did an absolutely beautiful job. The kitchen ceiling is flawless. You would never imagine what it used to look like. They finished on time. They were very neat. I would highly recommend these guys.
