"I was looking at purchasing a home that had undergone nearly $40,000 in foundation repairs and wanted to ensure that the work had been done correctly. I contacted several structural engineering firms in Louisville, KY. only to learn that the vast majority of them do not provide structural home inspections and work primarily on much larger projects. Mr. Bradshaw, who is a professional structural engineer certified by the state of Kentucky, arrived promptly with digital camera in hand. He went over the entire outside of the home and the inside performing a visual inspection, taking notes and photos.
