"Rick contacted me immediately, set an appointment right away, was extremely professional, did full disclosure on potential problems that might be encountered due to age of plumbing, did the work quickly, and  cleaned up so well it was like he was never there.  He went out of his way to find a replacement tub spout because the original type is no longer available, and he made a second trip to install it by my hoped-for deadline.  I found his bill to be quite reasonable for the time and effort involved.  I have recommended him to others already and am looking forward to having him do some more extensive work in a partial bathroom remodel within the next month or so.  NO complaints at all! <br />"
