They returned the unit to the store and returned the next day with the correct unit. Not only did they remove the old heater and professionally install the new heater, Foothills also replaced missing screws in the Aquahut, and used stones found in my yard to level the base supporting the hut. The Foothills crew restored our hot water, and left the area looking much better than it did when they arrived."

Johnathan was amazing in that he tried without charging me 2 different ways to get the problem resolved a cheaper easier way that sadly was unsuccessful because of all the rock they encountered. They worked on Friday and even all day Saturday so that it didn't interfere with business hours. The job was done quickly and with the best quality at a great price. "I just wanted to leave a quick review. I appreciate Russ with Integrity Plumbing so much. I did not know who to call when my garbage disposal just died with raw chicken I had just stuffed in it. I put in a request in for estimate on Angis app not sure what to expect. Within hours I was on the phone with Russ. He was prompt (actually early which is awesome!) and I had a new disposal within mins. He also noticed how bad the water pressure was and took a look around the house. Benjamin Franklin's technicians performed outstanding service, installing an entire new and superior tankless hot water system, replacing our inferior and dangerously flawed tankless system that no longer performed. The lead technician was up front regarding the reasons for replacement, the cost of replacement, as well as less expensive alternatives. After we decided to replace with a new tankless system and because of the price point, the lead technician suggested time plan payment alternatives which was very helpful.

The day of installation, the crew arrived on time as promised and suggested that the unit be placed on the outside of the house instead of underneath in the crawl space, allowing for easy access for maintenance and trouble shooting as well as for safety. An excellent suggestion since the old tankless system had been installed against a wall in the crawl space underneath our bedroom floor which the lead technician noted, would have been bad for us if the corroded pipes had started leaking gas! Anyway, the entire job was completed without a hitch and again right on time as promised.

The new system has been working perfectly for six months now and we could not be more pleased! I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin and their technical crews to anyone with plumbing issues - two thumbs up!
