"Work was done very professional and on time. Also no additional costs. One thing I was not told about is their maintenance plan. One year after service was performed, they called and said they should come out and inspect the repairs. Sounds like a good idea but they wanted $100 to $200. And every year after that the same thing will happen (a call and a charge). I didn't have the one year inspection done. I just wanted the work to be completed and that's it. I wish they would have mentioned the annual inspection."

But I am still smarting from my last experience with Choice Home Warranty denying my claim on a boiler repair with no ability to appeal.
