"All Fuel saved the day! I took my stovepipe apart to clean it and did not realize that the top flange slips down the pipe. I thought that I had pushed the pipe up through the ceiling support box! I called around to other businesses and they “required” a tier 2 inspection for a cost of $359 and additional charge to come back out.
