He had cleaned up all the leftover residue explaining if there was any further movement in the work there was a five year warranty and he would return to correct it at no additional cost."

I would say Mote, which I believe is a part owner/project manager, has great communication skills. The biggest downside, and it's not that big, is the overall attention to detail. I felt like there were a few mis-steps that could have been avoided if they had taken a few extra minutes to double check their work. I compiled two videos.
