"Writer is a true professional and electrical guru. He arrived within the allotted time frame, got right to work and quickly identified the problem. He even welcomed me to watch him while he worked as he explained the intricacies of the electrical outlet (which was a GFCI multi-branched oulet, connected to other garage and bathroom outlets). It was clear he knew what he was doing. I would recommend him for any electrical problem or fresh installation, and plan to hire him in the future for other electrical projects I have around my house."

"They fit me into the schedule on a day that was really booked up during the cold snap, and were there in a couple of hours, and had me fixed inside of 60 minutes. Great service experience end to end."

"Ac not working and thought it was compressor so found a company that would come out on Sunday. Spoke with tech and he was knowledgable and gave me a good deal of info. The after hours charge was high at $140.00 but it is a hot Sunday so the fee is what I expected maybe a bit more but they were one of few who would come out for an emergency. Ok perhaps no ac is no emergency but still. Lol Tech diagnosed the problem and it was a bad capacitor and he added freon but just a bit. Part cost was $215.00 or so and I researched the part and it only costs $40.00 new but I have zero experience with hvac and I am paying for their expertise plus they had the part etc. it costs what it costs and if you know about these things then yea it would be much less but it is less than a whole new system. I would call them again and there seems to be a wide variety of opinions on internet about that cost but they are a big company and I am paying for their expertise just like my clients pay for mine.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I called to see if they could help with an issue we were having with our
Dryer. Jamie called me back immediately to schedule the appointment for
the date and time that i had available. Keith came out and fixed my
dryer in less than an hour. He knew exactly what the problem was and
fixed it promptly. Now our dryer is working better than it has in a
while. We will definitely use them again.
