"Nathan and the team were fantastic to work with. We had a somewhat unique project building stairs down our hill to the river, so we needed someone who had experience with non-traditional builds. The entire Schwartz team was extremely helpful from start to finish. Nathan helped design the stairs, with our input, and went through all of the appropriate channels for inspections and DNR. While the build was in progress, the whole team was considerate and friendly, and we were updated on the progress and discussed options as the stairs took shape. The craftsmanship is topnotch, and you can tell they know what they are doing. They even finished up our fence that had to be cut through to reach the stairs. The end product is beautiful, and I cant recommend Schwartz Solutions enough."

"Great. I’m so happy that I have found Prefered Roof Systems company to put a new metal roof at my warehouse. The owner, Doug, Is very honest and friendly. He has 30 years experience in roofing. He explained the process and cost and warranty, and the price was very reasonable. I signed the contract and put down the deposit right away. And two weeks later his crew came and did a great job. They clean up very nice after the job too. I was worried about the leaks before snow comes, but now I feel so good that it is all done. I received other quotes from other companies, And they said that I had to replace the skylight window that would have cost me much more and it was not necessary. And Doug never mentioned that I needed a new skylight window. If you need a new roof please do not hesitate to hire Prefered Roof System. And you will not regret it. "So this review only lets me check one item of repair and not only was painting done, but repairing drywall, laying vinyl planking, building an exterior deck, refurbishing tired and weedy landscaping, power washing the siding. One of the hardest working people that get the job done, show up when they say they will, clean up after themselves, very particular with their work. "The first time it was $21,000, then we had them do some additional...they gave us an estimate, I think of around $6000 and honestly we haven't paid them because they haven't finished. They seemed very professional. I thought they would do an excellent job. They could match our color scheme. This is in a company that is warranted, life time paint, never have to paint again and if we do, we'll come out time and time again to do it. So the idea was great and we had been having to paint the brand new home every year. We were tired of that and they seemed like they could do a great job and the product seemed very good. We had them paint it the first time and we had room additions added and they painted that. It seemed very good and very professional. They painted some things that they shouldn't have like the windows, so it is hard to close them. Overall they did a decent job but then the last time they came out to do some repair work, they actually did some construction in addition to the painting and then they didn't match the paint colors correctly. They didn't finish the repair work, where they thought they might have finished it, it wasn't as it was before architecturally, aesthetically pleasing anymore. I had a punch out list and I said, this is all the punch out list that needs to be addressed. They said something about, okay they'll take care of it but they never scheduled a time or place to review the punch out list or to schedule to get them fixed. We have been calling and they've not been returning our calls. We thought they were out of business actually. Then last year all of our windows sills rotted and again, with the paint that wouldn't have happened. We replaced all of our windows. The window company actually reached out to Hoosier Permanent Coatings  and they are still in business as you probably found them in your system. They said well because we didn't pay them that last amount our, warranty is null and void. So we've been trying to call them, we leave messages and they don't call us back. If we talked to them maybe this thing can be settled."

"Ronan said he would do the bathroom tile and he did not. He left us in the hands of trainees for the majority of the time. We appreciate his Father being there but it seemed as if we were squeezed into his schedule like an afterthought. They were never on time. The work was not up to par and doesn't fit the name Construction Perfection. My husband called him back to look at some concerns and Ronan had to reschedule which was fine but my husband couldn't reach him after the fact. He didn't return his phone calls or respond to his texts. It's a shame because he seems like a nice guy but nice doesn't fit the bill."

"The initial two painters did not do a great job. The company owner came to the house as soon as I called regarding the progress and quality of the work. He then sent out other painters who did an excellent job and were efficient. I was very pleased with the other two projects and would use the company again."
