"Hiring Boss Pro Plumbing was the best decision I have made. I called them to help repair my tankless water heater, and they did an impeccable job. Will definitely keep them in mind for the future."

"Brandon came out this morning to assess the issue. He was very polite and professional. Maximus and Jon were my installers. They were professional, polite and got the job done timely. Great guys!"

"Very prompt. We blew our hot water heater overnight. I found "A" Real Plumber with Home Advisor. He was at the house at noon and done by 1:30 as he said he would. Replaced the hot water heater at a very reasonable price and removed the old one. Great personality and a pleasure to be around. Winston and his son Justin are now our go to Plumbers. Thanks Winston and Justin."

"Overall the job went well with a few minor problems easily fixed. After replacing the hot water tank, I found a leak in on of the joints. I contacted Mike and he was quick to come back and fix the problem."

"Our hot water heater sprung a leak ..........need I say more.  It was bad and we had  only purchased the house five days earlier.  After two sight visits by the company the previous owners used, I knew I needed to find a new source for a replacement.   I pulled up Angie's list and selected three firms to call.  W.T.P.I. was the first one to answer the phone.  The office manager listened to my story and put Norm (the owner) on the phone.  He was reassuring and set up an appointment for the same morning.  Norm and his assistant Pete,  arrived on time, reviewed my situation and suggested the replacement model that I needed.  They estimated installation would take 2.5 hours.  I agreed to go ahead with the purchase and they returned with the heater within the time frame they gave me.  Then the installation began.  It took them  4.5 hours to do the job because of problems they found with previous work done on the system.  They fixed everything including cleaning the faucets.  Even though they worked longer than he anticipated and I offered to reimburse him for the extra time and effort they put into the job,Norm honored  his quotation.  I am very pleased with W.T.P.I. and the work they did.

"Winston responded quickly to my purchase of online deals and came out within 2 days to do the repairs.  Called before arriving, which was appreciated.  Replaced the two outside faucets and then fixed the kitchen water feed line valve as well - he didn't know about my request to fix this until he arrived, but he said it was no problem and fixed it for me.  He and his assistant were both very pleasant and efficient and I enjoyed having them do the work.

I would use them again!

"On the day of service, I received a call at 0803 and the plumber said he would be right over.  He arrived about 0825 and was done changing out the faucet which I provided within .5 hours.  The plumber did a good job, was very professional and friendly.  As he was leaving, I asked for the bill and he said it would be sent to me.  My house is 15 minutes from Mulholland's On Call Plumbing & Heating's office.  When I received the bill, it was for 1.5 hours of work and the total cost was $141.24.  When I called about this it was explained that their records showed it took the plumber .5 hour to get to my house and then .5 hours to get back.  After discussion, it was agreed to lower the price to $120.  I have no problem paying for mileage to and from my house but time is another matter.  It certainly doesn't take an hour to drive from downtown Saratoga Springs to my house and back.  No other service provider has charged me in this manner.

"Very well. Good suggestions, hints on daily care, time spent checking repairing. Communicated very well. Polite. I did not want to answer question regarding money paid or were services performed. This question is not clear. Of course, service was preformed. Money paid was relative to parts and/or labor. So this items needs to be divided out."

"VINCE WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I CALLED AND EXPLAINED MY ISSUE AND HE WAS HERE AND HAD THE REPAIR DONE WITHIN AN HOUR. WOULD DEFINITELY CALL AGAIN!"

"This was the second time I had Al's Plumbing come out & do the work -- he has proven that he is the "master" in the universe of plumbers. I am so very impressed with his expertise. Wish I could have found him years ago..............He knows his stuff & he is my plumber for life."
