The project, which began on November 13, 2024 has been plagued by numerous issues, including poor workmanship, failure to adhere to the contract, and multiple no-call, no-show instances. Despite paying $22,000 upfront and for materials, the contractor has failed to complete the work as agreed. Details of the Complaint: 1. Substandard Workmanship – Two licensed and bonded contractors have inspected the work and provided written statements detailing severe deficiencies. Additionally, I have over 200 pictures and multiple videos documenting the issues. 2. Breach of Contract – The contractor has repeatedly failed to meet agreed-upon deadlines, leaving my home in an incomplete and hazardous state, exposing it to interior damage and major inconveniences. Specific issues include: o Roof – Not completed per contract, leaving my home vulnerable to damage. o Windows Trim – The sill on the front window is rotten; I had to pay $450 out of pocket for repairs. o Mastercool Unit – The back house unit’s wires were cut to the control switch. o Lighting Issues – No lights installed in the spare bathroom or the great room. o Structural Issue – No permit was pulled for the 20-foot beam in the great room, which now requires review by a contractor and the city to ensure compliance. 3.
