"Plumber was knowledgeable and took his time to explain different approaches to the repair. During the repair he discovered an additional crack in the pipe and made sure the repair fixed everything. We will now also rely on them for our plumbing needs."

"Jimmy showed up on time and knocked the work out. He gave me some tips on how to maintain my own pipes so that I wouldn't have to call a plumber for simple stuff. I highly recommend him and would use him again."

"Outstanding response to failed water heater on Sunday afternoon. While water was now heating, noted a leak in the heater which would result in a future failure. I chose to replace the water heater. Mr. Thurston had the same item in stock. Delivered new and replaced the old heater in less than two hours total."

"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."

"

They are doing well. They come quarterly and they let you know when they're coming and you don't have to babysit at all, just pay the bill and they come and do what they have to do. So, I'm pleased. They got this wonderful thing, x-ray machine that they can see through walls and look for all the places that you might have moisture damage. I'm pleased with what they've done. They are on top of things. I started a year ago in the spring and then this spring, I renewed the contract for another year. I think my house was built on an ant colony, so I've always got problems in my kitchen by my dish washer and wherever they're coming from or whatever. And, if I see them before their routine to come back, I just call them and they come.
