Crimson Long and his assistant from Hiller Plumbing came out earlier than scheduled appt. time, LISTENED to my encountered issues and repairs I had begun, were very PROFESSIONAL, Polite, and KNOWLEDGEABLE, provided an estimate for the PRV valve repairs and immediately began to solve my issue. Water heater is fixed, house is back protected with new PRV valve; I'm happy and the wife is ecstatic to have hot water back! "PROS: Plumber Cody got right to work and did his best to diagnose my water leakage problem. Turned out it was NOT a plumbing issue, but he headed me in the right direction for the next step, which I appreciated. CONS: Showed up at 8:25 for an 8:00 appt. I have a job where I punch a time clock, so I don't appreciate lost pay time. Also, right before he left, discovered my bathroom toilet appeared to be leaking. He quickly diagnosed it as a faulty flush valve that needed to be replaced. I was told it was an easy fix. I gave him permission to fix it, but shame on me for not asking the price beforehand. It was indeed an easy fix (took him less than 12 minutes) and I knew how much a flush valve repair kit costs at Lowe's (not much!), so needless to say I was very surprised when I was charged SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS for this. REALLY??? I was in such a hurry to get to work (already running a half hour later than I should've been, remember) so I didn't question it, although now I really wished I had. Like I said, shame on me, but I truly was NOT expecting such a big over-charge (my opinion) for a common and minor fix."
