"The actual work product put out by the workers who came to my home to build/construct my gazebo were outstanding. However, the staff who came out to do the initial contact were never given my phone number so when they were late I could not contact them and had to call the home office. They could not contact me either so there was a brief concern over the customer service. Once they arrived I was able to explain what my concerns were and they understood. The initial call came to me from Home Advisor and not Home2Renovate so that was why there was a mixup as to the initial appointment. Other than that, everything else was great including the bid price they provided for my project."

"They installed a hand railing at my front door that had to match the railing already installed ay my side door and they mailed it. Arrive on time, worked quickly and kept the work area neat. Swept up the after after they were done. Very happy with the job. 5 Stars."

"Azteca came out to give me an estimate on some exterior stucco repair work I needed done. The guy arrived on time and was very nice. He promised to get back to me with an estimate...and here we are two+ weeks later and I have not heard back. I believe two weeks is a sufficient amount of time to wait before posting such a review.

Azteca contacted me, apparently there was some type of miscommunication regarding the estimate. The guy that came out thought he'd mentioned that I needed an engineer to come out to assess the damage before an estimate could be given, which is why it was never sent. I did appreciate their phone call to address the matter, which shows their level of professionalism.

"After many roofing estimates that were incredibly high and came with either no financing or high interest financing, I stumbled upon Zen Builders. Simon was attentive, knowledgeable, and on top of his game. My roof was completed in three days, it's beautiful, and there were NO LEAKS when the rains came a few days later. The workers were professional, considerate, and the clean up was amazing. No trace of having construction in my yard. Because I was so happy with the work, I mentioned to Simon that I would love to have him come back and do a few more projects. I ended up with an even better financing option (both loans are well-within my budget) and a GORGEOUS new patio cover complete with a surprise ceiling fan in the middle! The patio is now white, and they painted the trim of my house to match. They also fixed my heating/AC ducts, insulated my attic, and for free, added plywood, so I can actually store items up there. I have never had an issue getting ahold of Simon or his sister, Kineret (Kerry). When there was an adjustment needed to the air ducts, the workers came out quickly (amid the COVID-19 quarantine) and simply fixed it! I couldn't ask for more! All work took less than a month to complete and I never felt pressured, ignored, or bamboozled. I have recommended Zen Builders to many of my friends. I hope they recover from the imposed quarantine to continue to provide excellent service."

"With Cielo Construction I had the best experience we had... I think this review is the best way to express how happy we are with Cielo Construction, as they designed build for us a separate guest house in the back yard. The entire addition project went fast and smooth, we can’t believe how fast they built the whole guest house including the walls, roof, floor covering and more… each week we could see a change in the construction. Before we hired them for the job, we got at least 5 other estimates from other companies who came over to check the job and to see what’s involved. Almost all them send us their salesman with low knowledge and lots of promising about what we will get from them and just pushing us to sign the contract that same day. With Sam everything was easy and calm! He showed a very high skills and knowledge which proved to us that they are no less than professional company that know exactly what they are doing. His estimate was also cheaper than the rest of the other companies because they have a very low overhead. Finally we will recommend Cielo Construction to all our friend and family members."
