"Ben showed up on time, slowly and accurately explained to the me the problems he saw on my garage door (not sales-like or pushy) and then did a efficient and professional job of fixing the issue. My repair involved the installation of new springs, cables, pulleys and wheels and Ben even repaired one of the garage door brackets that was bent/out of alignment and applied lubricate to my garage door opener (which it apparently needed) to finish the job. The result is the garage door is SILENT and no longer pulls/shakes/bucks when closing. It's like new again. Plus, a one year warranty on his work! Ben is a true professional. Excellent quality of work and very efficient. I would hire him again."

"Installation went very smoothly. There was definitely some miscommunication regarding the billing however. The tech said the service would be $569 installed plus a charge for the springs. The springs we had in place, we were told, were the wrong ones. We mentioned that they had installed them several years ago but we had to pay for new ones anyway. We did get a 30 dollar discount on them though. Total bill was over $700 when we expected it to be 569 plus the springs. No mention of the amount of a service charge. Warranty is only for one year. The door works fine and the tech was fine too, just feel we were overcharged."
